How do I request a price quote for tubular goods or services?
• Go to the Sooner e-commerce site. (You do not need to log in to request a quote, but it will speed up the process.)
• Click on "Quotes" on the top navigation bar.
• Select either the "OCTG Request" or "Line Pipe Request" button on the left blue navigation bar.
• Fill out the product information as completely as possible. If you have logged in, you can click on "Add Quote Item." If not, scroll down the page and fill in your customer information. Make sure you include the deadline for the quote and whether you want a reply by phone or email.
• Click on "Add Quote Item."
• Continue to fill out the product information form for each item in your quote.
• Once all the items have been entered, click on "Submit Quote Request."
• Record your Quote number and your Request number for future reference.

How do I check the status of my order?
• Go to the Sooner e-commerce site.
• Click on "Order Status" on the top navigation bar.
• Login using your account name and password.
• Enter your order information to receive a status update. Orders are searchable by purchase order number, product description, well name and by whether the orders are open or closed.

What is a cookie and how does Sooner use them?
A "cookie" is a small piece of information that Sooner temporarily stores with your Web browser so that our server can remember and retrieve specific information about your order(s) to better serve you. Cookies are the most efficient way for each Web browser to keep track of customer information.

How do I bookmark this site?
Using bookmarks is an easy way to retrieve pages that you want to access frequently. Bookmarks can be added or deleted at any time.
