SoonerSAFE
Sooner is committed to the safety and health of its employees and visitors. This commitment encompasses all phases of our operation and are the prime consideration in business operating practices. Safety takes precedence over operations, schedule and cost considerations.
Employees have the responsibility to work safely and to properly wear and maintain safety equipment. They shall follow safe work practices, procedures and instructions. Employees should report unsafe conditions or practices that may exist to a safety coordinator immediately.
Safety Coordinators shall set a safe example for others to follow and take an active part in accident prevention. This requires consistent enforcement of safety rules and performing work in a safe manner. Proper training of employees is the responsibility of every supervisor. Unsafe work practices require immediate and appropriate steps by Safety Coordinators including steps to timely correct or safeguard unsafe conditions. The HSE Manager or lead Safety Coordinator is responsible for proper accident investigations and timely report preparation and distribution.
QHSE Policy
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management and risk assessment fundamentals are integrated in all business processes.
